Offer valid only for legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years or older and are individual consumers. Not redeemable for cash. This rebate is not combinable with any other offer. Rebates will be processed in the order in which the Rebate Forms are received.
